Superworms are the larvae of the darkling beetle, Zophobas morio, and are a great source of calcium, fat and fibre. Live Superworms are also more active then Mealworms which makes them a much more attractive food source to a wide variety of animals! Unlike Mealworms, Superworms do not do well in a refrigerated environment as the cold temperatures can easily cause death. All of our Superworms are bred locally on the Sunshine Coast QLD!
